things are still pretty bleak, but i am making changes, i am not going to use alcohol to forget my problems, day one changes hope i can stick it out, much love to everyone

u'll do fine i know its hard and alcohol can be the easy way out but don't give in u'll feel better for it changes changes

I too used to use alcolhol or anything else I could find to block out my problems, but it never fixes anything, it just adds to the problems that are already there.

You are brave to know that you don't need alcolhol & my thoughts will be with you!!!

Hurray tommylee...alcohol only masks...never heals...so I am glad you are going to heal instead!!! good luck!!!!

Hope you're doing ok, tommy. I've been the alcohol route myself. Really doesn't help much. Same problems & sometimes worse emotions are there the next day--guilt added to depression.--Suzy
