thinking too much is really painful, i think about everything, even when i speak with someone normally.
and you wont believe it i am 17 and one of the big things that made me depressed when i left the country i go to at holiday toys!!!
i think about everything how life goes, how life was, how i speak, how people think, everything.
i tried many times to stop thinking but i failed, its really hard.

I think far too much and I think in circles - ruminate - It drives me mad quite literally! I am sure my life would be easier and less stressful if I could stop this type of thinking.

How would you function if you didn't have much thinking? Every day you make thousand choices, what if you just stopped doing this? Even when you think you're not thinking, you are.

Socrates. I thrive when I am learning, engaging, pursing knowledge. I languish when I am not. Socrates was pretty much always dissatisfied, but that is how he continued to live: when one is dissatisfied they engage the curiosity of themselves and others- they learn and grow.

personally, for me, if i can manage to not think about everything and stress out, then yes, it does help me.

i stop thinking and yes, it helps.
