Hi Everyone,

I suffer from frequent panic attacks on a daily basis. My attacks are usually associated with past mistakes I have made and that others have reassured me to stop worrying about them.

Suggestions?

By producing POSITIVE SELF TALK to myself to replace the NEGATIVE (and) by reminding myself that what I am fearing usually NEVER happens.... it is all mental, rarely reality.

AND - I take Valerian Root to help calm me as needed.
AND - I breathe a lot.... Deep and Slow.

LoVe,
