I have always been talking to myself. It serves as a check to make sure i am doing something the right way. Sot of like a check list in my head.

I have conversations with myself in my head, out loud and in my journal. I think we have probably hear the term "self talk". If you think about it a sticky note to remind yourself to do something or using an appointment book are another form of self talk. Talking to yourself is self talk only louder.

I do it too... I answer the questions I ask myself, sometimes I do it consciously and unconsciously with and without people around me sometimes. I can't help it, I'm so used to being alone. I'm an only child.
