some idiot left the front door open to the building, and some nice little freak of nature pushed all the fire alarm buttons in the building,

i have spent the last 4 hours trying to disable them but i dont have the right key, i cant disconnect it from the power supply because it covers the house downstairs has well, the landlord is noware to be found and the fire brigade cant disable it either,

to top it off i have a tooth abcess that starts at the top of my right cheek and stretches all the way down to my bottom jaw, i cant take antibods because of my meds and i cant see a dentist til tuesday so to say i am pi.ssed is an understatment.

GRRRRRR.

There's no timer on it? grrrr I would disconnect it anyway, and tell the ppl in the house.

I'm sorry you are suffering... eat lots of onions and garlic to help with the infection (natural antibiotics)

OK this isn't your fault, try not to be upset. Things happen, ppl do things... do your best. It has to be good enough.

thanks for the tips on abcess control will try them both,

in the end i did pull the fuses, i just couldnt take it anymore, the landlord and myself got into a massive argument this morning over it, i didnt hit him this time though, i wanted to but thought better of it, i have arranged for his emergency number to be placed on the wall next to the phone and have got a spare key to deactivate the alarms when they go off again, i have also arranged for new locks to be fitted to both access doors of the building so that if it is a previous tennant who is setting them off like i suspect then he wont be able to gain access to the building anymore. i am really tired still and i have to go out today so speak to yuo all soon

i went out today and bought a load of pain killers, penicillin and bonjella ( stuff you use when babies are teething) i also bought a hypodermic needle so i can drain the abcess myself, it looks like a hamster storing food on one side of my mouth, i am in to much pain to wait til tuesday, so i tryed draining the abcess myself after i numbed it up with bonjella and aspirin, it doesnt hurt has much now that the pressure has been relived but it does mean i have to use the penicillin so it doesnt start a secondry infection which is not good has it makes me drowsy and want to sleep all the time because of my normal meds so i wont be online for a couple of days til i can get this sorted out

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((Mellors)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

I'm so glad you got that noise and that situation taken care of.
I'm so sorry about your abcess. You poor thing, I feel so bad for you. I hope tuesday comes and the dentist can take care of the problem. Until then, I hope your pain lessens.
Take care,
Linda

mellors you might want to try gargling with warm salt water for your abcess. lots and lots of salt. it feels and tastes really yuck when you do it but does take the pain out of it. my dentist tells me to do that for any mouth ulcers or whatever and it really helps. not sure how good it would be with an abcess that size but it couldnt hurt to try. i hope you get some help soon. take care of yourself!
