I have long sought for myself what might be a key to unlock the anhedonia.
The scientific literature seems to indicate nothing clear cut or direct.
Yet studies indicate receptors involved are dopamine , norepinephrine and glutamate.

cannabis has been helping me a great deal although im suposed to be stopping, i dont want to though because it helps so much... what can i tell the doc? i don't want to lie and tell them i quit if i haven't but i dont want them thinking the cannabis is causing my symptoms either

well, now im not smoking pot and still have anhedonia...
i guess its going on 2-3 years now? im glad for psych central because i dont remember this far back so its good to have a few "records"

how are the others here feeling today? has your anhedonia gotten better?
