no, it's too far away, but I think a van will be able to pick me up from my sister's house if my husband drives me there. It'll all work out.
Thanks for taking the time to help.

Hi,
I am often alone but without the separation anxiety. What helps me a lot is 5 times a week I go on a long walk. If you don't feel comfortable driving you can walk in your neighborhood. Also, if you feel insecure a little bottle of pepper spray costs about $10 and works on people or big dogs. A few times a week I do a Pilates DVD on my laptop, but I bet you could try it for free on YouTube. All of this covers everything you would need from an expensive gym membership. I get you on the TV concept. Cable is ridiculously expensive and 90% junk food for the brain. I prefer my kindle. I own the cheapest amazon kindle at about $75. The books are WAY cheaper to download almost half the price depending on the release date. Also, hundreds of classics are free and it saves paper. Gardening and cooking are fun hobbies and you can combine them by growing your own herbs or vegetables. I used to buy cat nip from Lowes and my cat was in total Nirvana. He acted like Frank Zappa or something, apparently the dried nip is a lot weaker than the fresh potted stuff lol. I'm on disability and left a high paying corporate gig. Now, I do things like make my own household cleaners & beauty products, buy food in bulk, live by a budget etc. This is a great website that you might like The Dollar Stretcher: Frugal Living Since 1996 Best of Luck! tnt
