OK I tried to get into the chat room, which I've had no probs with before and it wouldnt let me. I downloaded the new java thingy I was advised to do and still cant get in. I get this error : Error occured during initialization.
Please check all the configuration directives syntax, availability of required resources such as images and sounds, and Java Console for additioinal information. Can anyone help please? |

Gee, I'm hardly the most qualified to assist you... someone else will come along soon and give you details!
Sparkle, the checking the syntax and all... you can find that on your own computer... settings... the "list" where you enable and disable what you want on your computer. I THINK I find that under "start", "accessories", and "System Information" ???? Also, I went back to the Internet Explorer website and reloaded the IE updates. I never did figure out exactly what the problem was, since the Java 2 update was downloading and hadn't been installed yet when I got into the chat! did that help? On the home page of your ISP click tools, advanced tab and go through the list to be sure you're enabled for Java 2 script...
