I have had four in the last twenty years. Three I trusted very much and liked, even loved, very much. They helped me a lot. One I did not like at all and when I was in serious crisis did not have my back.

I never met one that I had a lot of confidence or trust in. And I 've met a few who were absolutely awful.

I used to be soo against the pill system until i went off my meds. my son even told me that he wouldn't believe the pills work until he saw me off of them and i put everyone through hell. what i wonder if the symptoms were from being on them for so long that my body just couldn't handel being off meds. i used to say in the pshyc ward that my own meds would be a beer and a chicken wing and i wouldn't need any other pills. Now i think no one can change what happened and i'll never know but i havn't had a beer for over 20 years now.
