Hey there! It might sound really funny but it is what the title says! I am experiencing deja vu every time i take a shower. It is an intense type of deja vu and i can describe it like "trying to recall a dream" type of deja vu. This kind of deja vu most times follows me through out the entire day! I have read many articles about this type of deja vu but none of theme answered my why's and how's. So my question is: How and why?!
If you need some more information feel free to ask! Also thanks in advance!

Hi cant_find_name

Welcome to PC. I am not sure what you are experiencing and especially why it happens in the shower. Maybe something about the feel of the water or being away from others or the sound of the water sparks past memories or maybe you had another life. The reasons are endless and maybe someone else has had this happen to them. I hope they come along and can share their same experience.

It could just be that you're trying to remember something. For some reason, the bathroom is the most inspirational room in any house.

I don't why it's the shower for you but this is part of a daily routine and deja vu is that feeling that you've been here before or done that before. What better place to start than in the shower? I've had deja vu feelings before but not lately. It is weird to feel like you are repeating the same conversation with someone in the same environment. At least that's how it feels for me. I don't know what it means but I'm not afraid of it. In fact it makes me feel empowered for some reason.

Have you talked with a doctor about these daily deja vu's? If not, I'd recommend doing so. It is quite possible that you are experiencing simple partial seizures daily.

Best wishes to you!
