For those of you that know me, and my sense of irony, this is the level of depression I am currently residing in, musically, and dropping , kill me, kill me now……please……….celine dion, the power of love followed by, think twice, by the same artist / witch, whilst bent double vomiting I get hit by double brian adams, (killer of cool jeans look) sorry I digress,) any one single is fatal in itself, followed by patsy clines “whos sorry now” whilst trying to find the remote to turn it off, or over, either will do, i failed, nillsens “without you is keyed and ready to demolish me and put me on me *** , i pick myself up, i'm not finished yet, 4 letter swearword …..you, is that all you have got?, i hear myself say, the track is switched up a notch, I like variety, I think?, ………..

thats whilst waking up, before having a smoke and a cup of coffee, not my best time, summer loving, is heard threw the window and the duvet is back over the head, neibours play the entire musical score of dirty dancing, twice, i retaliate with dragonforce's ground and pound, twas a futile attempt, the sound of music drowns me out, meds time,.................

To be continued…………………..

OUCH, sorry Mellors. You're having a really hard time. Don't you have a stereo you can drown that music out with? If not, look on the bright side, at least it's not gangster rap.

Um, unless you like gangster rap? ::shudder::

It is a metaphor, depicting my state of mind, chronicled musically so people could understand the mind set, i.e. men, it is not actually happening, in real time, it is a nightmare, a living nightmare, I guess you have to be a 30+ year old guy to understand……………….

edited by me to add, ask any of your 30+ yr old straight male friends what this playlist is....if you have any... them maybe you might understand.....til then...............

When I've been really depressed, I have found I cannot listen to music, especially anything reflective of my situation.
For a year of two, all I could bear to listen to was pounding hard rock or classical. Lately, I've mellowed a bit, but still cringe at anything sappy or romantic.....Patsy Cline would send me into a depressiin, I fear!

Mellors,

You know when things seem darkest, that is when you need to hold on the tighest. A miracle may be just around the corner.

Mellors

You have a lot of friends who believe in you even if you don't at the time.

Hey Mellors, I'm below 30 and I can actually understand those music metaphors. *shudders* I can't stand those groups/people.

Take care of yourself, you have friends here
