I have been experiencing increasing joint pain, and recently bought some liquid glucosamine chondroitin w/msn. This is the liquid, not the pills, and the brand is Nature's Plus. At the same time, I followed my aunt's recommendation to try Carlson's Fish Oil, as many of her friends and she, herself, were feeling great improvements from taking this product. My aunt has severe Rheumatoid arthritis. My sis and her husband take all liquid supplements instead of the pill forms. I had just taken a whole bottle of Osteo Biflex with no noticeable improvement whatsoever, and so I tried the liquid form in the Nature's Plus brand. What a remarkable difference! I was having trouble walking because my right ankle was kinking up feeling like bone on bone at work, and the very next day all of this was gone! I did take both the fish oil liquid and the glucosamine liquid. Maybe it's the combination of the two, but it works!
Just wanted to pass this on to all of you.
These ARE relatively expensive, and I purchased them at Drug Emporium Heathy Life Market.
