Do u ever get tired of pretending to be happy when your not or sad when your not,or not having anxiety alttacks i do this and try to protect family but i know that at times they see through it, anyone got anything better please let me know. i cant help doing this.

yep, i tend to pretend that everything is A OK but its not...i go through day by day pretending that i am ok so that my friends and family won't see me hurt

I know exactly what you're saying. I've tried to look at it differently these days though. When I feel like I'm pretending, I try to check in with the little kid in me who feels ignored. I assure that part of me that I will deal with what's going on but at the moment I need to do...X,Y,Z. That really helps sometimes. Sometimes I feel like I'm walking around with this big secret and I want to scream. Today has been like that...

Yes i've done that as well , cause you don't want people to see you upset or sad... I think we've probably all done that from time to time, but even if you try and pretend to be happy, the people that know you the best can look beyond that.
