Well I just got home from the hospital. They found three spots in my stomach that needed to be biopsied. And they found a Hiatal Hernia too. I have to call the doctors office yet for a follow up appt . They will have the results in a couple weeks I guess of the biopsy. I've been throwing up blood here and there . They said that would happen. But that wasnt the worst part of this . It was them getting my iv started again... This lady who tried to do it .. must have had a stroke at one time. Because she was talking like she had. But I dont think she has good enough control to be using needles on people. Ohhhhh my helll.. she jabbed me once on top of my right hand near my wrist. Didnt get it. Then the second time .. I could have sworn she went straight down in there... it hurt soooooo bad. I realize that with my veins.. that they will have a hard time .. but OMG!!!This was just horrible!! She went to go to the other arm and finally I said I'd like to have someone else. PLEASE! So she got someone else. My husband was about ready to report her. My right hand is so swollen now.. it hurts to bend it either way. I am not happy. The other nurse came in and got it started in my forarm just fine. It still hurt somewhat.. but lots less than it did with that other lady. Thank goodness this is overwith now...

Well I got the results back from the stomach biopsy... And Everything is ok!!! Just some inflamation . I tried to call them to see what that was caused by.. but they couldnt find my file .. go figure. They said they would call me back tomorrow once they got to talk to the doctor. I have to keep taking my Protonix for the acid reflux caused by the hiatal hernia. But no biggy. All will be ok. Just glad nothing came of the biopsy.
Sooooooooooooo that means ... well I dont know what it means actualy lol. I see my cardiologist on the 29th.. They said all along if this stomach test came out ok .. then they will probably still do the heart catherization. I have had a few episodes of chest pain this past week. And one time a couple weeks ago. Its scarey but I took the nitroglycerin and it got better. Glad it did .. its very uncomfortable. Thanks for keeping me in your thoughts / prayers/ or sending good vibes my way. I still appreciate it sooo much. I really feel that this test coming out ok was an answered prayer. THANK YOU!!!

So glad to hear the stomach issue is relatively easy to handle and nothing life threatening! Sounds like you are on your way to feeling better. Thank goodness!!! Hugssss J |
