I feel like a dork…I tried to ask a question in chat—I asked about compulsive when I meant impulsive…Sometimes I think I have no brain.

I am just looking for readings on impulsive behavior. When I search I find articles on ADHD. I am not finding much on how to control impulsive behaviors—like spending. I make choices without thinking them through. Everything from what I say to what I buy. I am looking for some suggestions on how to control the impulsive behavior.

Here's one. Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but a good read anyway. Impulsive--any readings?

Click Here too... This one mentions ADHD but it has good info.
