>> Earl Grey is very good for sleeping too, and if you let others know that you drink it, they think that you are so.....international!

Or they will think you are a big star trek fan! (that's why i first tasted it! Racing Thoughts

BTW i don't know if i ever "reported" that a while ago i did pick up some camomille tea and i do really like it. (the store was out of "sleepytime" which i think is camomille and hybiscus, so i bought the celestial seasonings "straight" camomille instead)

Wendy, an author told me once when I mentioned writing "my book" to "just tell the story and let the lessons come on their own. Racing Thoughts

Earl Grey is loaded with caffeine so I can't see how it would be good for sleep :-?

Maybe I should have kept my big mouth shut about writing a book. Racing Thoughts Now what if i never do get around to writing it, and everyone is expecting autographed copies! Racing Thoughts Yes, it is something I really want to do, but I'm afraid of offending my whole family by what I'm likely to say. Not that they would notice that I had written a book, or even read it if presented with free autographed copies!

Greg, I was just referring to Mary Alice being on the waiting list until June. But happy b-day early tho! Racing Thoughts

Personally Wendy, I'd want my book autographed and hand delivered when you came to visit Racing Thoughts. That's not too much to ask...is it? Ahhh Wendy, the trouble we could get into if you came for a visit. And then if we picked up Tomi...sheesh.

Thanks for clearing up the June thing for me. Hang in there Mary Alice! June is a pretty cool month, my anniversary is June 24th, my birthday on the 25th, and my wife's birthday on the 26th. It's pretty much a non-stop 3 day party.

Not at all, Greg. That would be fun! Mark says only if there is diving and you will go diving with him though.

I called my doc today and it seems he called that hospital place and put in a referral and a strong wish that I be seen before June...........as usual, nothing yet.

His nurse is going to talk to him again about meds though - they are afraid to prescribe anything because it isn't their area, but I don't want to go back to the doc here in town - he's the pill pusher.

On the other hand, I can't keep going on like this either, and my stress levels are rising along with my mood swings.
