This is an app that is or was linked to from the Psych Central forum and the challenge is to complete daily activities which as explained, will improve your quality of life in various areas that you choose.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...hallenge&hl=en https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/dail...717452966?mt=8 Right now I am doing the Fulfillment track and am tasked to write down something that I did for my physical health recently and how I overcame any challenges. A positive health change I've taken recently was to count my calorie intake so that I could control my weight loss instead of eating mindlessly without recognising how much I was overeating. I overcame the challenges by using a website, myfitnesspal.com, which also comes in app form, and also by remembering why I wanted to lose weight in the first place, and imagining where I would be if I continued my bad health. Thank you, challenge completed for today. |

I have been working some on looking more closely at the protein/carb/fat content of what I eat. I've been using an app called Lose It! I think there are dozens of apps out there that will do this kind of task.
An app certainly does make it easier, though. It takes a bit of work at the beginning, but then it gets easier because at least 50% of what I eat is routine (breakfast smoothie, etc.) I am also doing this for my depression and anxiety, as I have found that making sure I have a nutritious breakfast and making sure that the carb/protein ratio in my meals isn't too high have a pretty much instant effect on my mood, especially on my anxiety. |

I use an app called runkeeper, it's on my iPod. Mainly, I use it to track my walks. It tracks how long you walk, calories you burn, ect. It works well for me, I like it.
