removing myself

i would like to thank you all for being there for me when i needed a helping hand, you never made me feel like i was alone.
and for that, i thank you, with all my heart.
but at this moment i feel i must remove myself from here for a while, so that you may share your wise words with those who deserve them.
i am greatful to each and every one of you, for the love and understanding you have shown me.
i find it hard to post at the moment, i just cant find the words to comfort others, so to save upsetting anyone.......... i think i need to take a break.
i know you will understand.....

I'm sorry you have become overwhelmed here. Please know that you aren't required to post support to others. You can stay and just post what support you need, or just read and be helped that way too. Others will give support as they are able also.

Learning is a big part of being a member here at PC, imnsho. Each one of us has to evaluate how much we can take and give, and maintain good boundaries. When any of us become overwhelmed, including myself, it doesn't do us any good, collectively or individually, imo. Things can happen to push us, and things will happen... so it's no one's "fault."

We learn this in therapy too, imo. What to share, how much to share and when, when to just sit and receive from the T, and renew.
