Sounds like you are getting worn down...with two weeks to go.

Project over my head...
Have you already mapped out due dates and time you can reasonably devote to each project. When I got my BS in Mechanical Engineering - sometimes I just had to let things go as it wasn't a realistic goal... Example: Class had a class and lab component - generally lab is separate and must be passed, but this class was different. I had to much on my plate to complete the lab portion of the class - so I had to ace all tests. Test average A, Final exam A - Final Grade D...I don't think the professor was particularly fond of my strategy...but I passed the class... Not sure this will help...

This is going to sound dumb and you probably have heard it before but.... DO Something
You're looking at the whole picture and it's dragging you down. You've become overwhelmed with everything that needs to be done. Your frustration is driving (not sure that's the right word) you into non-action. It's a vicious cycle playing over and over in your brain. Try taking just one project, divide into smaller proj. (steps) and complete that one thing. The concentration of working on that one part keeps you focussed and you are less likely to think about the "whole" picture. The success from completeing something helps to keep you moving. My spelling is probably atrocious and typing not but better but I hope I made some sense. Should listen to my own advice! Good Luck |

ehe i was frustrated when i wrote it and here on this site it was he best place to express it and not to look stupid..
yes when i see the schoold building i actually feel like throwing somehting there. "You're looking at the whole picture and it's dragging you down. You've become overwhelmed with everything that needs to be done. Your frustration is driving (not sure that's the right word) you into non-action. It's a vicious cycle playing over and over in your brain." i am familiar with this situaiton, thanks God it`s not mine anymore. do you think guys that thins really end the same they start?? i mean-i started the year like that and now i see i end it the same. fighting the desire to go into the internet (not always successfully, as you see ![]() what i understad better after this year, is that my problem was more that what you called "getting overwhelmed" more than anything else... so i have been working on it being more simple and stuff....i just now sometimes hate all that... and if i can`t say it to the teachers. i tell it to you guys...... but do you believe that the wat you started somehting, the same way you will end? |
