Thanks direction for clarifying those titles we should look for... does that mean we can complain with weight if they have one and don't bother?

Oh yeah..if it's actual home repair... askhow.com is it? and DIY.com ??? the internet has videos even (never thought anything would be better than books in hand Renting vs. owning property.... )

Not only can you complain directly...but if anything is unethical...it can be brought before the IREM Ethics Board...

I have heard at the biannual meetings that actions have been taken up to and including revocation of the creditial...
But anyone who has these credentials do not take signing the ethics part lightly...Out of the time I've been involved there is a very low instance rate...
