I keep thinking of doing something embarrassing. I always day dream a lot. But these days my dreams all have turned into embaressing or bad stuff! (I barely remember/see dreams at night I'm talking about day) I many times End up fisting and raising my hands in real world! Which looks weird. I many times slightly say words like "stupid" or etc under my lips and get back to reality! Which I usually turn into a song to avoid awkwardness ! I also feel like my thinking has become "messy" it's hard to describe. I also feel like there's a mist around my brain. I can't think. I also many times avoid talking to people speciallly girls. I feel embarrassed. I know it sounds ridiculous but I keep imagining that I accidentally will do something embarrassing like sneezing on their face... Yeah.... Or saying something stupid. My talking has also become kind of weird.... I feel a lot of things I can't describe. Like I keep feeling something like lava between my chest and stomach!

And I keep writing wrong words. Like G instead of H and when I want to correct it I just do the same thing again.... It's even worst in my main language .... I also talk weird like I accidentally use other similar sound or similar meaning words instead of each other. Like I write chip (IC) instead of cheap

I also have this feeling like. I don't understand what's happening. I keep reading a sentence a few times before understanding it. Like I read something meaningless.

What is wrong with me?!

This sounds like OCD to me. OCD doesn't just mean always cleaning and putting things in order. Below is a checklist of behaviours. You my be surprised to find that there are several forms of OCD and it isn't just about being fastidiously clean and neat, etc.

As for switching up words I do that all the time and credit it to the medication I take.

No one on here is a doctor, so I would definitely see a doctor asap sounds like it could be a number of things and they can give you the proper tests to determine cause. I am just curious as to whether these our new things or have you always had them because things that happen suddenly usually point to something going on inside your brain, not to scare you.

Well your problem start from your thinking ,change your thinking if you want diferent results .For example when you are in a situation be careful at what you thoughts are .because your bad thoughts you create some bad paradigms inside you i will advise you to start changing to positivity and having confidence in you this will help you

*rhm*I worry a lot about being clean too. I worry about everything

And I do some stuff that might not be a big deal but now that I think about it might be related. For example I clean under my mousepad with the side of my had every few minutes. When I'm done with my PC I press the backlighting button for a several times after it goes off 'just to be sure' and it still feels a bit weird! And a few more stuff. Thanks a lot for your answers
