Hey everyone
Thanks so much to everyone wending out kind birthday wishes, but can you please not.

My birthday is also the anniversary of something quite traumatic. I'm having a really hard time getting through the day, and all these birthday messages are very triggering for me.

Thanks again though, and I really hope I haven't offended anyone.

well-everyday is just NOTHER day-regardless of what happened on the same date years ago.

i think that all those...lables? numbers? dates?
it`s just someTHing that WE HUMANS made up to count easier. but what if you see times as one line that ALWAYS MOVES FORWARDS? becasue that is more what it really is-i mean-it`s not a year that goes like a cyrcle, but just TIME. and it always move forwards no matter what and it`s always now always new and NOT like it was in the past.

it`s not like past present future and returns to the past and goes through the present-and ALWAYS present!

i know that you know and you may not be stuck in your past. i even don`t say you nesessarily ARE no! i don`t know !

i just think that sometimes we really give a lot of weight to this "dates. months, hours".... but fact is that it never returns. just goes forwards. Thanks, but no thanks

just a thought i wanted to share with you Thanks, but no thanks

Silent -

Been reading your posts and replied to one. I know it may sound trite, but try to do something fun or different today. Getting out of the house and speaking to another human being, even if it's small talk with a cashier (or two or three) takes your mind off the anniversary even if temporarily.

Hugs - Tranquility
