I can't read books or papers anymore due to inability to concentrate. It's distressing and makes me feel like I'm missing out on things.

To get through a movie, it has to very suspenseful, scary, exciting, or emotional. Otherwise, I can't concentrate enough to watch it, and just quit after 10 minutes.

Anyone have this problem? What is this?

This could be a number of things such as a medical condition, medication side effect, etc. We don't have training here to give medical advice. Please see your doctor soon. We are here to support you, keep us posted!
