About an hour ago my little sister said to me that she can't stand talking to me because all I say is stupid things. Then she attacked me and told me to get out of her room because she hates me. I know it's pathetic but I just want to be her friend. Because I have no one. And I feel like I will never have anyone. No friends, no social life, I'm the total opposite to her. Same with my brothers. I'm the eldest in the family, I shouldn't seem so pathetic. Sometimes I feel physically sick with how bad my life is going. It feels like no one cares about me at all. I am just so sick of everything and everyone in this world that I just want to scream.

Hi,

Do you have anyone in your life who values the things that you say and accepts you for who you are? If you do have some family members or others in your life who are oftentimes good to you, then I'd recommend spending more time around these individuals and relatively less time around those who are consistently negative toward you. And I know that you said that you have no friends or social life, but do you think that there's anything that you can do to find some friends who will accept and value you? Could you maybe join some sort of group or organization where you can meet people? I don't know what options you might have in "real" life to engage with others who will be good to you, but as one of the above posters mentioned, conversing with those who post on this forum or maybe elsewhere on the Internet is something that you might also want to do to interact with others (albeit virtually) who will lift you up and hopefully not tear you down.
