The past several days, I've gone through hell with my anxiety and far more with my OCD, plus I'm horribly irritable all the time. Just a few hours ago, I went through several hours, taking stuff out of a cardboard box I was using temporarily until I could get around to organizing my things, putting them in containers and drawers. That was stressful enough, but now, I get on, and my bookmarks are all screwed up!!! I have to manually fix them. It's a HUGE bookmark file...WTF???

I mean, things keep going wrong for me, one after another. Why can't I get a break? Can I Not Get a Break??? Can I Not Get a Break??? Can I Not Get a Break??? Can I Not Get a Break??? Can I Not Get a Break??? Can I Not Get a Break??? Can I Not Get a Break??? Can I Not Get a Break??? Can I Not Get a Break???

Crying isn't a sign of weakness. It's a sign of having tried too hard to be strong for too long.

I think we all go through these times when it seems like everything is going wrong. Maybe it makes up appreciate the good times even more...lol. If we have nothing bad to compare to, then how do we know the good is good????? Now does that make any sense?????

It will get better...it always does....it's just a matter of when,
Debbie

This isn't something that happens sometimes, it's something that happens almost all the time. I just keep having things happen. I lose things, not just literally losing them, but in terms of OCD (meaning, I can't have them anymore, have to get rid of them, can't touch them anymore, etc.), and I bump into things, things fall, accidents happen, and so on, and I can't figure out why it happens SO MUCH.

Thanks for all your support. I want to cry so bad sometimes.

A good cry might help to release some of your pain and stress.

It probably would, but it would also create stress, because I have to wash my hands from touching my tears, plus crying aggravates my dry eye, causing the gunk to slide around.

It seems the more we try to control something the more we lose control of it. I don't know why but it's probably one of Murphy's laws or something.
