Cry for help ignored

I cant believe the craziness of my situation.i obviously am screaming for help but no one is listening.
So about four. Days ago i did something that may have caused an infection in my finger.i never confided in anyone until yesterday cause i was really angry.
no response when i told her what i did.then i told my god mother and shes like you got to stop doing that you could hit an artery and she talked about self care and shes like ill call and tell your mom.so its today and my casemanger had stood me up the other day and says shell call at 3:30.i explained how i was in pain and it developed yellow crust and so she talked to my mom i let her mom talks to her for 30 minutes and hands phone back to me and casemanger says mom knows shell talk to you later.but mom is acting as oblivious as yesterday watching Korean soaps.im not quite sure who my aunt and casemanger talked to but it cant have been my mom cause my mom has never been this calm to the point its kinda spooky.i dont want to go to the er i want to go to get checked by regular doctor cause its easy to lie about what happened its already been four almost five days the pain has stayed the same and if i do lose my hand ill be really disabled and one less thing to worry about. Id hate going to the er cause there so insulting to self injurers. calling what you did minor or superficial.id rather go to my regular doctor.

I'm guessing you are a minor since you seem to be dependent on your mother. If the injury is causing you pain and might be infected I would highly recommend you get somewhere, whether it be your doctor, a walk-in or the ER soon. Is there anyone else around that can help you if your family isn't able or willing to?

I'm not a minor I'm 24 and disabled I want to go to my regular doctor in the morning hesitant to make appointment cause my parents will get angry ecspecially mom she thinks that all the doctors want is to accuse her of abusing me and also that if I go to the er they will abuse me like before. And besides my parents would have to drive cause I can't and they will get mad at me about that to

I'm sorry to hear this and that you are in this situation. Can your caseworker help you with transportation?

Your caseworker-can hopefully arrange the medical transportation and maybe talj with you about where is best place for you to go? So sorry you have to go through this.

I think you are putting up your own barriers. You need not have your parents' consent to see a doctor. And when you do your health MUST be kept entirely confidential including from your parents. As for how to get there that shouldn't be a hurdle either. There are multiple other methods of transportation other than getting your parents to take you... Is public transit available? What about taxi service? Call up the crisis network; they may be able to arrange for your transportation. Call up the local mental health association; they can get you picked up.

Where you really need to go is a hospital or minor emergency clinic to get that immediately looked after.

I did finally make it to the hospital don't see why I went waist of time.i saw three psychiatrist to look at my insignificant wound. Even though I felt pain in my fingers the doctor was like there's nothing wrong and they sent me to my therapist who said basically she didn't know what to do for me.in short I'm a hopeless case. She discussed putting alarms on my door.which luckily I know parents will never do.i don't see why my parents don't just take me to the other er.
