Go to a coffee shop with a book or something to write in. That way you're at least with other people and sometimes just getting out of the house helps me deal with feelings of loneliness.

Curl up in a snuggly blanket and watch a mushy movie that has a happy ending.

Look back & remember all the fights I was having when I wasn't alone.....then lonely doesn't seem so bad.
