When i stayed with my parents I would be scared to leave my room when it was a few people in the living room. I would hop out the window to smoke a ciggerette I wouldn't go through the living room to the porch like a normal person. I dont know if I feared that I would be ridiculed or judged by the people in the living room so I would just pee in a empty water bottle instead of walking to the bathroom. Please help I don't know what's wrong with me

Im sorry you're having such a tough time. Is this a relatively new occurrence? Or has it been going on for awhile? You could go to your family doctor who may do a full work up and then refer you to a psychiatrist if he/she can't find anything. Do you see a therapist? I'm here if you need to talk or vent. Best wishes.

Sorry you feel this way. It looks like you might use a visi from a doctor.. does this happen only when there are other people in the living room? Any other instances?

Don't know your age, but hormones can also influence that self-consciousness for sure. An examination and lab work to rule out physical causes would be a start. Are you afraid of going outside?
