I have no idea how to describe this problem, But it's causing me a little annoyance.

I can't wait at all. I'm talking about even a second (litteraly). I always have to keep my brain processing at 100%.

During movies I get so impatience I feel like my chest is getting tight. it's hard to describe it but I feel like they're spiderwebs all over me and I can't get out.

I usually watch the In 2x speed until something happens. During video games I usually hold shift and run trough them and waste the whole money I spent on them without enjoying them. (and fall out of jumping puzzles because I'm too impatience to wait for the levelers to move and end up waiting 5x the amount I would have if I waited)

I mentioned movies and video games because they're the most obvious ones.

I can't literally stand not doing anything for a second. my brain has to be at 100% all the time. I can't stand sitting anywhere. when I'm on the train my brain starts thinking about so much and I feel just burning and weird. like my body is burning and it's explainable. I sometimes get the feeling when I'm trying to sleep at night,

Have you been to a GP or psychiatrist assuming you want to stop this from happening? Best wishes.
Thanks for this!

I'm not sure what a GP is. but therapists here aren't very useful. I live in middle east and one of them told me being an introvert is a mental illness! I might look for another but I kind of gave up and got hopeless

thanks for your answer

I was trying to ask about a doctor that prescribes medication that might bring you relief. Introversion viewed as a mental illness? I'd be considered mentally ill as I'm an introvert. I'm also sorry that you hate yourself and that you think being transgender is a curse. Best wishes.

Well I'll try to talk to a therapist. it's better than nothing. but people are not very well educated here. and the doctor's are the same.

but being an introvert is an mental illness? I'm confused?! I thought it's just normal and some people are this way. I have no problems with being an introvert at all.

but thanks c: I'm currently trying to get an appointment to see if I can start hrt, it's a really long and hard process, and i'm not even sure if they'll ever agree to let me start, even then I'm not sure if they'll give me proper hormones

No I was saying you and I are in the same boat in that we're both introverted. It is not a mental illness. I hope you get an appointment for hrt and that you get the proper hormones. I hope you find a therapist that can help you process your feelings. Good luck and best wishes.

I can relate to what you say.. I have troubles with patience, and staying focused as well (although you seem to have it worse). Hope you'll be able to find a good therapist..

Well, a lot of "therapists" have no idea what they are doing. They go for the quick fix, i.e. telling you "what is wrong" and other obvious things and do not really go in depth. Keep looking and I am sure you will find something, not all are bad but do your research as a lot are just wasting your money.
