I found out that I have most symptoms pointing to severe low self esteem. I swear it affects me daily in the worst ways. Ive barely ever had a social life. I'm unable to relax with no worries. I feel physically and emotionally drained all the time. I always feel empty, numb, and confused. I always feel physically sick, and unable to handle simple things in life.
I'm not even satisfied with myself and want my life to be perfect- i'm beginning to become materialistic. I just can't deal anymore.. it's so frustrating. Life feels so difficult

I'm sorry you're having such a tough time. Have you been evaluated by a psychiatrist? Also, do you have a therapist? If you don't, I would encourage you to be evaluated by a pdoc and set up an appointment with a tdoc. I wish you the best.

I think you should consider counseling as well. I also noticed you are new...if I haven't welcomed you before, I'm glad you are here!

You have to work on this take it one day at a time. Wanting everything to be perfect is not going to happen so you'll never be happy if you want perfect but try to live for today and as long as things are going alright thats good enough. For many people that's all life is just alright.

I hope you feel better soon and you are welcome to message me anytime if you would like to talk about something, I will do my best.
Have you tried reading social self-improvement books?
What do you think is the main cause of your low self esteem or the area you are most dissatisfied with? Have you spoken to a therapist before?
