I'll have to try my best to word this in a way people can understand. Please bear with me.

I'm certain that I am not of this world. People are just a figament of my imagination, I'm living on my own in this world.

I spend impulsively because I need to get a grip of this world that seems so new to me.

I've tried to reason that people around me do exist, but this thought makes so much more sense to me.

I'm not anxious or depressed, though I have been diagnosed with Anxiety, and reffered to my local mental health assessment team.

Every job interview I have been to, it doesn't feel like I'm going for a job. It feels like they're doing a valuation on me.

When I'm in my house, I don't feel like I am at home. I spent the night at a hotel yesterday, and that's the first time that I have felt at home.

I apologise if this is confusing, but it's the only way that I can describe it.

Also forgot to mention that I have unintentionally stopped eating, though I still buy food. I also have the smell of breakfast cereal wherever I go.

Hugs for you, but I honestly don't know what to say. I've never heard of this.

Sounds like depersonalization, see link below but remember also that anxiety can make you feel like this too. Please share how you have been feeling with your mental health team.

Sounds like depersonalization too. OTOH I am not a mental health professional. Do you ever dissociate. I read that dissociation can be a cardinal sign of depersonalization. Or it might be a start of a manic episode. My guess I must confess. My reason for diagnosis "The world seems new to me" Do you mean new and exciting. Not presuming, wondering

Did they only diagnose you with anxiety? I don't know what it could be.. perhaps ask for another diagnosis, or explain these symptoms better?

it seems like something i felt when i was really lonely, not that you are lonely, but i had no one to tell a problem to as i thought they would judge me. I am not too alone right now but still have my moments of feeling alienated from the community.
