I liked my job, I liked improving my skills in the past. I had really fun during a fishing, learning new language and running. These days I feel like there is no pleasure any more during any activities. I feel down, nothing makes sense and has worth. I cannot put effort in anything now. This awareness has came without any reason and it is growing, I'm feeling down and cannot break free. What should I do? Why it happened although I have fiancée, good money, nice flat and car? Is it burn out or something?

Have you ever been evaluated for depression?

One thought is that you might be feeling a need for "new" things to keep you excited in your life. Have you tried anything new lately?
Thanks for this!

It sounds like you might be depressed. Mild to moderate depression responds great to counseling, so I recommend you see a counselor first. They can also help you figure out whethe ryour mood is work-related. Burn-out is not a formal mental health diagnosis, but you don't want a diagnosis if you don't need one either.

I agree with the others that it may help you to be evaluated for depression. Not enjoying things you used to enjoy is a sign of depression.

It's also a possibility that you are kind of bored right now. Have you tried anything new lately? Humans have a deep inner need to grow and change. We will never "arrive" at a point where we have everything we want and then just coast through life.

Thank you very much for all these responses. It is very helpful, I have no talked about this with anyone yet.
I'm bored, it is true, my life looks like daily routine, wake up every single day in the same time, go to the same office with the same people etc. but I feel I have no energy to start new things. I was trying to pick something new up like courses, new language, even new physical activity but I hadn't enough patience, energy and willingness to learn it or pursuit to achieve. I feel like this pointless, this is going nowhere and I need to leave and waste my time with stupid things like watching tv or playing computer again because it is comfortable. I cannot enjoy my life any more. I think is it not typical boredom as it I have been having this feeling for 3 years...

If you have been feeling this way for 3'years I would definately investigate whether this is just boredom or actual depression.
