I felt so sad and confused this weekend after surfing the WebTv at the hotel. I googled various phrases to see what links to this site. The results varied--

Some normal psych stuff, like other sites related somehow to psychology linking its visitors to the outstanding forums here and PsychCentral.

I came across some warm and heartfelt links of personal info on DocJohn getting married, and other information. {{{Still congrat's, Doc}}}

The most disturbing was coming across sites trashing him and all he's worth. I don't like even to post this here, because I don't want anyone to doubt the man's honor. Most of the sites I found were by general lay people, like of us.

DocJohn mentioned regretting once writing a letter of recommendation for someone. I have seen in my search that has come to haunt him for being associated with things that happened.

I have extreme and utmost respect for someone who can earn a doctorate degree in psychology, or other health professions for that matter. There is a certain protocol when dealing with issues online. I obviously don't know the whole story of everything I saw and read, but considering DocJohn for who I know him to be, I have to give him the credit and respect he deserves. I don't care to know more of why someone would defame him, but I still trust DocJohn's judgment.

I'll be happy to call Domino's for you tonight and pay for that pizza and some beer (or other beverage) to be sent to your house. Hope you like pepperoni! Wish there was some other way for us to show YOU support, too.
