I have been doing some serious problem solving in my spare time trying to get over the anger and depression that I feel. During my studies I have come to the conclusion that everything is a wheel. What do you mean you may ask. Well the more I let a problem make me angry the more negative thought I have about it which makes it that much worse the next time it comes around because I have a predetermined expectation. The whole process will just get worse and worse. The only action that I can take is to break a spoke in the wheel so that I can change my perception. I hope everyone has a great day, and remember the wheel can be broken.

That's an awesome analogy and so very true. Breaking the cycle or spoke so to speak, while not always easy, is a great way to change your way of thinking.....good for you!!
