I'll be limiting my posting for the next week or so. I know a few people have said they don't like "announcements" and I apologize if this triggers anyone.
I'm still having "meds issues" which is part of the reason, I'll probably need to post more than ever but need to put up with feeling terrible without cluttering up the boards   Take care everyone

Well now (((fuzzybear))) take that break and let us know when it's over! I was just organizing a cleaning party for the cave, so it's all ready for winter! (Sky rummages about and tries to find the cobweb getter and dustcloths.)

Sorry your not feeling good...medication adjustments are challenging and I am sorry your feeling bad...I dont look at your posts as clutter, and find comfort in seeing you here, so if you feel like wandering out of the Cave and expressing discomfort, I hope you will do it, especially if it helps you feel supported. Thank you all so much! My cave break didn't help and I'm back Last night I was planning on quitting a med cold turkey but instead I took a higher dose than usual - my anxiety was sky high and I knew where things were heading Seems that I need those meds although I dislike taking them so much. Growl at me! And again I hope this post didn't trigger anyone.love to all, Fuzzy

Welcome back Fuzzy Bear! It is better that you chose not to hibernate in your cave because I like having you around. I may be new here but I look forward to seeing your posts and am comforted knowing you are around. Feel better and hopefully you won't feel like growling as much. But if you do, I will be here to listen.
