i walk around in an L shape back and forth every single day and fantasize daydream for about 5 hours a day it is hobby and i cant stop i also i always feel no energy and drained for the past 2 years and it's bugging me. Whenever someone tells me something personal to do for them i do it because i am passive and submissive and don't have the energy to decline infront of them, whenever people are talking I have no energy to listen. I don't mean body tiredeness i mean my mind is lazy and i always daydream. GP can't do anything. I'm not saying i have crazy mental illness i just need advice or lifestyle hobbies i can include very badly.

Hello sickly: I see this is your first post here on PC. So... welcome to PsychCentral.

You wrote you don't "have crazy mental illness". But, from what you worte, it sounds to me as though you may be struggling with depression. I'm not a mental health professional though. So that's just my personal opinion. There is a forum, here on PC, dedicated to the subject of depression. Here's a link:

https://forums.psychcentral.com/depression/

And then here are links to some articles, from PsychCentral's archives, that may be of interest:

Am I Depressed or Just Lazy?

An Overview of Depression

In-Depth: Living with Depression

The Value of Hobbies | Thrive

I hope you find PC to be of benefit.

I can actually relate to what you wrote. I daydream a lot, too, and I'm also rather passive when it comes to other people. What do you usually daydream about?

“GP can’t do anything” I’m sorry to hear this. I hope you find some helpful insights here.

I don't think you have any serious issue to overthink about, just the matter of some good company and some good time around you.
I am not saying that it will surely help but try once to make yourself busy in work which you love to do.
