I'm working part time but it's wearing me out. I'm also exercising and working on losing weight. Skipped exercise today just run down. Have to get up and go every day. Therapies twice a week. Just overwhelmed. I used to have therapy once a week I'd fit everything on one day (my day off). Now things are on different days cause of my work schedule and it's too much. I'm getting up earlier, I'm going more places. Ack. I don't know what to do, it's all important.

I'm doing therapy every day. Luckily, it is on skype with a world-renowned therapist: I don't have to leave my house.

I find having an expressive medium- poetry and music for me - to be a way to productively unwind. I push myself too hard, which is a variant of the "I'm not good enough story." I have mixed episodes as well.

Wired but tired...

We have all been there.

Perhaps you can reduce some of the exercise?
