Im saying he is just kind of pervy but how do I know he just not being a man. As far as touching my leg and kissing me I dont know if that is important. It was probably nothing meant by it and I should not care about that anymore.

Whoa girl. Sounds complicated to me. Being pervy is not just being a man. Being pervy with your child is straight up wrong. You need to put down some boundaries with your Dad. If it’s no big deal as you wish to believe than it should be an easy chat and he has no reason to be upset by it. Trying not to be judgmental but it sounds like he has some issues with appropriate vs inappropriate behavior. You shouldn’t put yourself in situations that make you so uncomfortable and since you seemed advice it sounds like it really bothers you.
