Ijust try to educate people on eating habits and what goes into our food supply and how alot of the food we ingest actually contributes to mental and physical illnesses.

Again i appreciate all your warm responses through the actual post itself and many of the pms i received too..

Since there are no politics being discussed here feel free to contact me if u have a certain question on a food product or food source. I have a certification in Nutrition and would be glad to help anyone out....Thanks again....peace and happy holidays.....ziggy1
