I must be no good. It has to be the reason. "Tell me that you love me, show me that you care. I'll be down in hell no one will ever find me there." They try to help. Try and try. They try, but they try in all the ways than are fed from ignorance. Ignorance to no fault of their own, of course. I'm not talking. It's my fault.

It is not your fault, my friend. You are doing anything we can. Unfortunately our minds are very powerful and can be our biggest enemies. That is no fault of your own - if you've been convinced for many years that you're worthless, you start believing that is true. But that isn't the case, MY FRIEND! I know you and I know how much you're worth it. Please remember that this is only your mind playing tricks on you. Please reach out to me, Friend - and to all of us! Sending many safe, warm hugs to BOTH you, my friend, your Family, your Friends and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, OK?! KEEP IT UP, FRIEND!

I feel this way all the time too. It's very hard to fight an enemy that's inside your own head. Most of us would never put up with someone else treating us the way our own minds do. I wish I had some advice to give, but I'm in the same boat. All I can offer is my understanding and support.
And of course... a group hug!
