Is anyone on lock down (shelter in place)?
I'm in 1 of 6 California counties that is. We can go to the grocery store /to obtain food, to the pharmacy. Some restaurants are doing curbside delivery, but I doubt that will go on much longer. Pharmacies here are doing free delivery or curbside; no one can enter the pharmacy. A few clinics are open only for emergencies (I'm expecting them to close soon, too). Pdoc and therapist by phone. Our governor, Gavin Newsom, says he will resort to martial law if people won't cooperate with shelter in place. This is rough, especially because we have no knowledge of how long it will go on. If anyone else is shelter in place, how are you coping as far as your mental health? __________________ |
