I saw my doctor thurs and had a laundry list for her. Basically she agrees with the T that I am so tired because I am still working my way out and have had additional major stressors. They think I would have gotten better quicker if I could have had more time off. Physically I have had several viral infections within the last few weeks. I am about 50% better with the depression. Anxiety is 35% better. I could work on the anxiety better if I took the meds in the morning or just before noon but I frequently forget. All I have to do is think about anxiety and I get anxious. All I have to do is think about am I tired? and I want a nap. So how am I ? Started new meds end of May and added some a few weeks later. Doc says leave meds where they are for now. Give it another 1 month and see how I am. She thinks I'll have more energy by then. I don't find a lot of joy or things I look forward to but I did get engaged in the rabbits today and then mopped my bedroom floor. Usually I am overwhelmed thinking about what needs to be done. So How am I doing?

...doing better. You mentioned something that is about as "easy" a fix as they come and is very important: the taking of meds.

I know it isn't that easy as most ppl think, because I had to battle this also, and with them reducing doses and all, it becomes more difficult to schedule.

Find some way to get organized on this/// put a note or notes where you are when you need to take your med or put your med in your purse and use your cell phone as a timer or whatever. This is really important and will make good results.

Sounds like you're working through it, Hun! how am I doing? I'm glad that the depression and anxiety are lifting, too!

I hate to be an "I-told-you-so" about going back to ... Oh! Ok... I won't do it, then! LOL how am I doing?

Be as good to yourself as you are to your daughter, ok? You deserve it and she needs you to! {{{{{{{{{{{{{{WiseWoman}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}
