Hi ya Muffy;

I read your post with great interest. I am an entruprenuer and I know how you feel. I have had 2 business failures in my turns at bat. One I lost $80K in and the other I was lucky to get out with my shirt still on. Then I hit the one that was gonna make me a millionaire. My best year we did $370K .

Profit was 30%, in my pocket. I figured I was $31K ahead in the game so, I quit while I was ahead and went to work for the government. I am currently past the $200K mark in cash and assets. My point to you is never give uop and look back on the lessons learned with pride. You at least tried.
Since you tried, if you are young enough, try again. I know that when I retire in 8 years or so I will again launch a business. It is in my blood. I sit here itching to get out of this office and sell some product. I am a salesman at heart. Some days I feel like walking away from this but, I am so close that I just can't throw it all away on another gamble.
The freedom of your own business far outweights any risks, IMO.

Hi Muffy, sorry to hear about the store closing, just the past

few weeks of chatting and talking with you more has been an

inspiration too me. Posting songs with you and nowheretorun has

been fun and has given me some change in direction.

I give you lots of Credit for trying to keep things going! I wish

I had the enthusiasm that you seem to carry with you most of the

time. You've been a fun person to chat with and have cheered me

up manytimes. Take some time this summer for yourself, catch some

rays and mellow a bit. I know whatever you decide to do you will

be successful at. If you decide to go with some ebay, feel free

to ask me anything about it. I've been doing it since 2000 off/on

if i can help I will. But please keep in touch...keep us updated

((((muffy))) you did accomplish your dream be proud of the time u had with it. it took alot of hard work and u were there to put in those hours we are all witnesses to that. i am sorry for your loss but i am sure another door will open up soon.

Update to my store issue
As closing seems to be taking awhile. Cause I ordered stuff in oct for spring. One of those "i was not thinking thoughts" I have a couple weeks for last orders to come in. So i think i need to cut my days back. THat was such a duh. Working 56 hours is silly. Its a form of hurting yourself i think.
ANy how its time to do that. Then close it up as fast as I can. Cause now its feeling like waiting for a upcoming death. "hard to explain that one.
Been down that road one to many times.
Time to let go of the past............
