Thanks, I was just trying to hold it together and all that keeping it to myself just didn't work. I had a big breakdown while at work and had to take a 2 hour break

Awww Hun, I hope you are feeling a bit better. Fiance is too far away??? What made you break?? Knowing this may help find a way to conquer it next time the same things occur...ok, since i know i am unclear and babble right now cause of meds. Say a feeling or thought popped into your head adn you got anxious, and the steps leading to this moment where you had to take a longgg break...next time, see the warning signs and catch it before it hits hard...i have been successful at least 1/2 the time and not had full out crying attack...it takes time and insight and you focusing on you which is hard, especially when i start spiraling down into depression...

((((((((((((((((((((((bigHUGS)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) hope you feel better, melanie

((((spaz) You don't have to stay strong. I been on both ends of this type of training, and what happens is what happens, it's all part of the program. Melt down, build back strong.

Have a good cry, and then stand tall until the next time. I had a no good, very bad, day!

sweetie it's okay to break down when someone we love is far away we miss them, we're here for you to vent and laugh, yes the laughter will come back
Have you made anymore bracelets, do your crafts to take up time
