The error message means that there was a problem with the web site you got the youtube video from. The problem was not with you.

instead of the scary plane taking downandlonely and making her be dead, it can have me instead

cause the plane wants to do bad things and it can do bad things to me, never down

I'm afraid of airplanes. I've never traveled in one, just buses & cars. And I won't go in one of those that goes down steep hills or over narrow bridges or near edges of cliffs. Also I have a terrifying fear of heights in general, even going near a window that looks way down. I feel like it wants me to fall through it. And I won't use, even go near a high up railing, fearing that it will break & the platform will collapse. Fear is a terrible thing. And it doesn't allow you to believe its irrational. It will remind you of terrible things in the news that were real. And averages & statistics didn't help those people. I think people who feel safe are really lucky.

Allow me to disagree - either willowtiggers' browser/app/... is set too strict (meaning, only allowing a subset of acceptable ciphers) or youtube indeed went belly-up.

The two computers involved (yours, and youtubes' server) tried to negotiate some common ground, and failed. Furthermore, if you look into the error message, they were not able to find a common encryption cipher.

do i understand it that either my internets was peeing down the kitchen sink, or the computer that youtube runs from was peeing down the kitchen sink? idk

basicly - yes. It seems to be a configuration error.
