I am skipping school today because I went to bed feeling bad, sad and depressed and woke up feeling ten times worse. I told my mom I threw up because I am sick and thats not totally a lie. I did throw up, and I am sick.. but not in that way, not in a way that anyone could ever possibly understand. No one can ever understand me especially since I hardly understand me.
I live in this world with how many billion people? and yet i feel like... I am all alone.
I dont know what to do

{{{Court}}}

Sometimes snuggling in bed and just taking it easy, napping and maybe reading a good book are what we need at the moment.

You are not alone, though it can feel that way; we're all here.

I am sorry you are feeling so blah today - have you ever tried redirecting your blah feelings back into more positive ones? - the book I posted on here called "Feelings Buried Alive Never Die" is great for helping you to redirect / reprogram those feelings that get us down.

Hope you start to feel better soon - sigh

I understand the feeling of sickness that is not physical. I think you may find more understanding here than you think you will. Anyway, I hope so!

CourtKnee, you are definitely not alone even though it may seem that way at times. I am here for you along with many other members of PC I'm sure. I hope you feel better soon.

Wow..

I CAN UNDERSTAND....You may not nessesarily understand the REASON...but you may have a feeling that the fact you don`t know about it doesn`t mean it doesn`t exist!

Am i right?
Again i may be wrong in understanding you completely, but who hasn`t felt like that...like you do...

I once ran to throw up in that place that`s called "CoffelPrint"...and suffered like hell untill i got home. Good for you, that you are at home in your bed when you are sick...but whatever,,,we are never alone, because we are all one, and because the Unuvers, God, or whatever you may call it is always THERE. with you, helps you inways you may not yet understand.

Anyways, what i wanted to tell you is that sometimes we want to let go of control....i don`t know if you have...I felts stressed many times when i believed "I should know" I should do" "I should decide"
But is that true?? everyhting in life is true only to an extent that we believe in it.

When you feel better you may want to try to get out of home and go outside...even for a few minuts just looking at trees, susset, he sea if you have it neaby, etc. Know that you are one. with them. You are part of all this powerful and graceful nature. try to htink of NOHTING....It helps to improve my mood. Maybe it will improve yours, too....
Damn..i missed hours and hours of lessons just becasue i was too stressed and terrifired and mad and those %#@&#! studies to do my homework appropriatly.....I can relate to this skipping school feeling mentaly troubled. It should be taken care of the same way our physical health is.

hugs

The occasional day off is okay, as long as it doesn't disrupt normal life. Your not alone with how you feel neither, I think everyone here in PC has felt this way at one time or another. Don't feel alone, we understand.

I am sorry that you are feeling this way. But I completely understand. You said that in living in a world of "how many billion people, and yet you feel alone". I understand that exactly. Sometimes I wonder if there is anyone that really exist or hears us. You are not alone Court, I am listening and feeling your pain. Reach out Court, we are here, just a pm or post or chat away. Keep reaching, keep talking, for there are those here that know exactly what you are saying between the lines. I love you. Take care.
