It was crazy!!

I had some friends over last night and my best friend brought her mom along. I've hung out with her mom before and we got along well, I've always considered her a cool person. Well, we went from my apartment to my other best friends apartment and were hanging out. They started getting into this hardcore conversation about blah blahMother/daughter fight in my house!...hell, I don't know I was doing my own thing. Anyway, next thing I now the mom is screaming on top of her lungs at the daughter (my best friend) and storms out of the apartment. I'm a peace maker, I try to always keep the peace between people so instinctly I follow her and the friends stay behind. She ended up grabbing her purse and walk down the road. I was unable to drive because we had a few drinks.

Well, I went back to my friends apartment where they all were. They were serious talking and I was trying to enlighten to mood. We had a karaoke machine at my apartment and I said "lets go sing ladies". So we head back to my apartment and there the mom was on my couch. She instantly gets up and attacks her daughter which is ******** because my best friend has severe scoliosis and is unable to walk right let alone defend herself against her 6 foot mother.

I was pissed, I got pushed towards the door and got in her face. I was ready to scrap with this lumber jack of a woman...not only because she was in my house and my kids were up stairs but because she hit my best friend.Mother/daughter fight in my house!Mother/daughter fight in my house! Mother/daughter fight in my house!

We ended up not scraping, after all she is my elder and I have always respected her. The last thing I wanted to do is start kerplunking this woman's face...I'm not like that, but I will if I have too.

My best friend called her husband and left, the mom and cousin stayed at my place for the night. It was all fine and dandy afterward, she even apologized to me but said she isn't done with her daughter yet. I stayed out at that point.

It's crazy because I'm not a dramatic person, I hate drama and never have anything to do with it....but for some reason that %#@&#! always ends up at my door and I get stuck in it.

I just wanted to tell my crazy story...this happened last night.

What's funniest about this though is while I was in the moms face admirably defending my friend in the back of my mind "Eye of the Tiger" was playing...haha, it was a trip. Mother/daughter fight in my house!
