Recently i started one of these and ive noticed others have them on here as well. Does it help you with sorting out your emotions? I thought it might be helpful to me for venting and maybe when im healthy(if ever) i can look back at it and be grateful im not there anymore. What kind of stuff do you write about in yours? Feelings, emotions and such? Or views on different things? Or is it just a diary of how your days are going and what you did?

One of the things im paranoid about is that what if someone in my family reads it or someone i know in rl finds it,but then i figure why on earth would they go to that much trouble, sometimes i have to remind myself the world doesnt revolve around me.

LOL {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{Shay}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} So many of us think that the world revolves around us! I think it's part of the illness, but don't quote me. Blogging: Does it help you?

I don't know about "blogging," but I do journal. Have been for... oh... about 15 years. I don't do it every day, but it sure does help sort lots of things out plus when you read back, you can tell if you've progressed or not, if something you're feeling, you have felt before, etc.

When I'm angry or when I'm really hurt, I just pound away on the keys of my puter and let everything out... and I do mean Everything! That's why I prefer to journal and keep it protected with a password. I don't know if you can do that here... or with a blog. ?? Blogging: Does it help you?

You can make it anything you want it to be. I think Ozzie writes poetry to get her emotions out. I've done that, too. I keep a section for dreams I've had because I firmly believe that dreams are our subconcious' way of sorting a problem out.

So there you have it. Blog away! Blogging: Does it help you?

BTW, yes, you'll get better! You're not that bad, anyway! LOL

The description of your dreams made me laugh; I'd been missing a good laugh and I wanna thank you, Shaymus.
I've done like SeptMorn forever, only, I write things down, pen and paper, very physical, makes me tired and relieved. And I write down the dreams, too.

You can always blog away undercover, can't you? I mean, I don't care to hide my feelings and emotions and the three people in my life will have access to my writing after I'm gone and I hope they'll make good money off of it - haha.

Oh, I'm sorry. This is about you!!!!!
Whatever it takes to make you feel good and feel light.

Love
Peace

No no dont worry about it being about me. Im asking what others write about so i have more to write. Hearing others opinions and what they do write about is helpful. Im hoping to add a thing twice a day once in the morning and once at night just to get stuff off my brain hopefully.

Does it cost to blog? I've been thinking about doing it but don't want to pay for it. I guess I'm just cheap.

Im cheap and poor so i couldnt pay for it either. I went to livejournal.com and set it up pretty easily. Its totally free unless you choose to pay for extra stuff i dont need. I bet other people have tried other sites as well, maybe they can share those.
