Anyone is allowed to make and/or reply to posts, we just ask that everyone respects one another, like no fighting, and any other of the guidelines in the disclaimer for this website.
But of course you can reply/post, it doesn't matter if you are new or not, the more communication between people are building blocks of a relationship, and over time and posts/replies you will form friendships, the more one puts in the more you can get from this website, lots of terrific people you'll meet here
