tomorrow we are going to see a family t, hubby myself and two youngest kids, first appointment tomorrow could last a while, kids dont know everything that has happened in our lives so hopefully things will stay that way,
kids have gone through enough without hearing all our childhood troubles as well

I definately wouldn't let a T let it all hang out family t Hope you all find it helpful. Don't you wish there had been such a thing in our day and our parents had been thoughtful and caring enough to get help that way?

the idea of seeing a T as a family isnt my idea of fun....
im not looking forward to it, and if things start to go south then i guess it will be down to me not wanting to be there.
so tomorrow is coming up on me like a deadly cobra.....
yes i agree that our kids have been through enough, i just feel this is just another thing there young minds dont need.
chicken has her own T that she see's once a week...
spud seems numb to the real world, spending his time on the play station.
i feel this is going to do more harm then good. imo

I can certainly understand how you are feeling right now. It's always hard to figure out what is best for the family, especially if you are not feeling all warm and fuzzy about going yourself.

I really hope things go well. At least you can say you're trying something rather than staying stuck in old patterns.
